How to pack a shoebox

1. Find an empty medium-sized shoe box. Approximate width 20cm, length 30cm and height 10cm. Cover the box in Christmas paper making sure that you wrap the lid and box separately.

2. Decide whether your gift will be for a BOY or a GIRL and choose an age category (2-4, 5-9 or 10-14). Tick the appropriate box on the sticker included in this leaflet and glue this to the outside of the lid - on the top right corner.

3. Fill the shoe box with gifts and sweets listed on the back. Please DO NOT wrap any items individually or overfill your box. The children are especially happy if you add a greeting card and / or a photo of yourself.

4. Secure the lid with an elastic band and DO NOT seal the box as it will need to be checked by a registered and trained collection centre to ensure it meets customs' requirements.

5. Important: Please help us to cover the costs for transport, logistics and operations of Fr. 10.- per box. The project is running on the basis of donations alone and can only survive with your help. We kindly ask you to transfer the money with the attached transfer slip. Thank you.
